These can be used for many applications for heating and cooling such as:

Controller is PID set point and hold only.
Controller comes 10Amp only.
Will not work if other controllers are already wired in
Input Voltage AC:110V-240V AC (110volt can be supplied as special order POA)
Plug through models can be just plugged into the wall outlet and the appliance you wish to control plugs into the 3 pin socket on the unit then place thermocouple into the chamber being controlled.
Controller has 2 Modes, a Heat Mode and a Cooling Mode.
Controller can read from -1999deg C to 1820deg C. (Depending on Thermocouple type).
Controller comes with a low temp -200 to 400 C type K thermocouple
High TemperatureType K -200 to 1300 C Thermocouple sold separately (please ask us depends on your requirement and type please see website)

This can be used for many applications various heating and cooling applications Such as Kilns / Knife Furnace or Distillery can also be used for semi automatic firing of glass kilns and much more.

Controller is a BTC-9100 PID with single ramp to target temperature with hold time & shut off.
All settings above can be changed during firing.
Ramp rate can be set to achieve a slower or faster heating rate during firing.
Comes in 10Amp Plug through or 4 Pin Version. State at time of purchase.
There is a choice of 2 Colours Green or Yellow state at time of purchase.
Suitable for 240volt 10Amp Single Phase

4 pin models can work with multiphase kilns of any amp / power rating however they require a 4 pin harco compatible socket fitted to the kiln.
Controller has 2 Modes, a Heat Mode and a Cooling Mode.
Using up/down buttons and a scroll button
You set the Set Point / target temperature in deg C.
Then the Time for hold at the set point / target temperature in minutes.
Next the Ramp for raising the chamber temperature in deg.C/minute.
The kiln heat switch is left on "Full" or "HI" position so elements are controlled by the ramp / soak controller.
When you start the controller with kiln loaded and door closed the kiln fires as set by the controller with auto firing with a single ramp including a single timed soak period then shut off.
It comes supplied with both an easy easy to follow manual and a technical manual for more advanced settings.
